The years are passing much too quickly!  Happy 9th Birthday!

 

H2Oasis Water Park

One of Ben's birthday presents was a trip to the indoor water park in Anchorage, H2Oasis.  We had a blast!  It is small, but just the right size for our family with young kids.  They had a body slide, a slide with a tubes, a lazy river, a wave pool, and a pirate ship with small slides for young kids.  We showed up early and were glad we did!  It was starting to get crowded around the time we were all worn out and ready to leave.

Happy Birthday Eli and Lucy!

On one of the last days of the Cox Family visit, we held a joint birthday party for Eli and Lucy's birthdays (Eli a little late, and Lucy a little early).  Lucy is turning one and Eli just turned two.  We were very glad to celebrate with family!

Ben's 5th Birthday!

Ben had a great birthday!  He absolutely loved everything he got!  There was even a field trip to the post office at pre-school!

A Sledding Birthday Party!

We have some great friends who were stationed with us in Oklahoma and then moved up here about a year after we did.  I love that the kids get to have friends like these for more than just a few years!  This is Tori's birthday party.  Since it is January, we all went sledding right on base!

Birthday #7

William turned 7 on the 25th of October!  He is getting to be so grown up!  He is such a smart guy and I can't wait to see what he will do when he grows up!

Ben is checking out his gift.  (William's birthday is also Ben's half birthday)  He asked for these teensy pet shop figurines.  They are a "girl" toy, but he doesn't care.  He just loves the tiny little animals.
