This is our second year to go out to the official start of the Iditarod race. I love it! Going out to the race takes a bit of work, but it isn't something that everyone has a chance to do so it is worth it.

You can see some of the frozen lake the race starts on in this picture. It is so think that race watchers build fires on top of it!
