Public Lands Field Trip

Ben's Kindergarten class took a field trip to the Public Lands Building.  It is a fun field trip that I had done once before with William.  The kids get to watch a short movie about animals in Alaska and then do a scavenger hunt through the animal displays. 

 

H2Oasis Water Park

One of Ben's birthday presents was a trip to the indoor water park in Anchorage, H2Oasis.  We had a blast!  It is small, but just the right size for our family with young kids.  They had a body slide, a slide with a tubes, a lazy river, a wave pool, and a pirate ship with small slides for young kids.  We showed up early and were glad we did!  It was starting to get crowded around the time we were all worn out and ready to leave.

 

 

 

Ben's 6th Birthday!

Happy Birthday to my precious Tick!  We love you so much!  We love seeing you grow everyday!  You are the most expressive person I know.  You use you entire body and especially your facial expressions every time you talk.  You can be sensitive, easily frustrated, and sometimes a bit mischievous, but we wouldn't have you any other way!
